The International MBA Program at the Graduate School of Management, Globis University is proud to announce the speaker for our Top Seminar, Jeffrey S. Bernier, Managing Director–Pacific Sales and Affairs, for Delta Air Lines.
Mr. Bernier came to Japan in 1996 as a senior analyst in revenue management - Pacific Division, for Northwest Airlines and spent his career in Japan rising to the top to become the Managing Director-Japan. In only his 2nd or 3rd year of his career, he came to Japan to work in an almost entirely Japanese environment, overcoming the difficulties and complexities of the severely regulated airline industry. Mr. Bernier will share with us his story of how he rose to the top of his company in Japan and how he exercises leadership as the representative of the Japan entity in relations with his company’s home office. Having spent most of his business career in Japan, Mr. Bernier will share with us his perspective on Japan, the US, and the world. By all means, do not miss this rare opportunity to learn about global business from one of the airline industry’s top insiders.
