Educational principles
The Graduate School of Management, Globis University, was established to turn out leaders of change and creativity who will contribute to a better future for both Japanese and Asian society.
To this end, Globis University provides a place for people to:

History
| 1992 | GLOBIS Corporation established. Started the Globis Management School (GMS) business. |

| 1993 | Offered management training at a major telecommunications company. Started the Globis Organizational Learning (GOL) business. Opened the Globis Management School, Osaka Campus. Started translating Harvard Business School case studies into Japanese. |
| 1994 | Started a distance-learning program using case studies for the first time in Japan. |
| 1995 | Published the MBA Management Book (Diamond Publications) as the first volume in the MBA Series, marking the full-scale launch of the publication business. |
| 1996 | Launched a joint MBA program with the University of Leicester in the U.K.* * The GMS-Leicester joint MBA program closed in 2007. |
| 1997 | Started the Management Skill Assessment business (GMAP and others). |
| 2000 | Started providing e-learning content. |
| 2003 | Started the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (GDBA) course, our original MBA program.*1 Opened the Globis Management School, Nagoya Campus. |
| 2005 | Started the Globis Executive School (GES) for executives and senior management. |
| 2006 | Opened the Graduate School of Management, Globis University (Postgraduate Studies of Management).*2 Started Globis International School (GIS), MBA courses in English. |
