COURSE OVERVIEW
A venture business succeeds by passing through various stages of growth, starting with the formulation of a business plan. This course is designed to enable students to re-live the experiences of actual business managers at various stages in their growth of their companies. The ultimate goals of the course are as follows: to understand what is required to lead a venture business to success; to become proficient in the practical business management of a venture company; and to prepare to work for a venture company as a management team member based on the learning acquired during this course.
