COURSE OVERVIEW
Students will acquire the ways of thinking and the knowledge of finance required by a venture company when procuring the necessary resources, both during its establishment and growth phases and in securing daily operating capital. The class will be taught by a venture capitalist in order to deliver the perspective of strategic finance essential for both venture managers and venture capitalists,. Students will also create business plans in a group by simulating the actual procurement of funds for their business.
