COURSE OVERVIEW
When the profitability of a company or a business is under threat in the medium or long term, or when a company or a business is at immediate risk, what should you do? What sort of issues should you analyze, contemplate and decide? How should you determine what to change and in what direction to go, and how should you plan these changes? Students taking this course will study the answers to these questions under the direction of the lecturer with considerable experience in reviving businesses. Students will formulate strategies for renewal in a group and give presentations from the viewpoint of senior management, using case examples of the revival of actual companies.
