COURSE OVERVIEW
Business Facilitation is a course designed to improve facilitation skills, which are vital for many people in business. Facilitation courses often focus on ways to facilitate meetings, including asking questions, time management and using visual tools. In addition to these factors, this course will also cover advance preparations for facilitation, including such issues as the objective of a meeting or project and what should be discussed and how to achieve the objective.

Through preparation for each exercise and role-play, students will learn the followings:

 - The role of a facilitator
 - How to structure an entire discussion and minimize extraneous discussion
