Course Objectives
The most skill that is both most in demand and most lacking in middle managers in the modern corporation is the ability not only to manage the organization but to apply continual creativity to make business in new fields.

This course enables managers primarily in mid-sized or large corporations who are demanded to play an intrepreneur (in-house entrepreneur) role to create, propose and oversee new business plans. It also lets them acquire the frameworks and skills needed for employing corporate management resources and environments for drafting and accomplishing new projects. In a short time and with efficiency, students will gain comprehensive business skills and become capable of individually drafting new business strategies. The curriculum compactly organizes a wide array of elements; ranging from management strategy, marketing and finance to organizational behavior, accounting and operation.
Who is the course designed for?
This course is intended for those who create, propose and oversee new business plans in their organizations as well as considering founding a company. It is also recommended to prepare for the business planning-related courses students will take such as Venture Strategy, Venture Capital and Finance, and Research Project.
